We did a late afternoon tour of the hanging bridges, which are actually located on a private reserve. They were pretty cool in and of themselves. We were a little sad the volcano was hidden since it was rainy/cloudy but we still had fun.
Later that evening we would do a night hike at the Arenal Eco-Garden.
This was a bit different than we were expecting but I really enjoyed it. It is currently just one hectare of land, which in theory is sort of a guy’s backyard tour of nature but we saw a lot of things. We saw multiple sloths, a bunch of frogs, a tree snake, and some cool frog eggs turning into tadpoles.
